KC Elevate provides a 5 week competitive indoor lacrosse League Play for 3rd - 12th grade girls.  This is a great opportunity for players to shake off the rust and prepare for the Spring through competitive and instructional game play. All games will be played on the state-of-the-art indoor turf field at the All-American Indoor Facility.  NO out of bounds, constant game play.

 

10 minutes of fundamental & game IQ instruction

50 minutes of fast paced game play

2023 GIRLS WINTER PLAY INFO:
5 Week Session
Game Dates: Wednesdays - November 1,8,15,22,29
Times:  5:30pm (8th - 12th)

This program is capped at 20 girls per hour to allow for maximal development and playing time

​

Instruction Format
- players are grouped according to age and skill level for appropriate level instruction
- players will come away with a higher level of fundamental play and increased level of game play understanding

Game Play Format

- players are grouped according to age and skill level for appropriate level instruction

- Game play will following instruction and be 5v5 or 6v6 to allow for maximal touches and repetitions

- Coach reffed to allow for instruction throughout the course of play

Safety is #1 priority!
This is all about prepping for Spring, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play while indoors

Players will be placed on teams along with other players from same school or club. Some teams will have a mix of schools or clubs.

Although all games are played indoors, winter weather can affect road conditions during the league season, and therefore affect the play-ability of games. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If games end up being fully cancelled, league will notify players/ teams about potential make-ups/ refunds.
