KC Elevate provides a 5 week lacrosse development program for 1st - 12th grade girls.
This is a great opportunity for players to learn the game for the first time or elevate your game to the next level. All players are grouped together by age and skill level to provide the best instruction around.

drills will be primarily focused on stick skills (passing, catching, shootout) dodging, and defensive play

SUMMER HEAT can affect THE ABILITY TO HOLD TRAINING SESSIONS. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If SESSIONS end up being fully cancelled, ELEVATE will notify players about potential make-ups/ refunds.
