FORMAT
4:30pm ————- 1ST - 4TH GRADE (2 GROUPS: 1/2 & 3/4 | 20 PLAYERS MAX)
5:30pm OR 6:30PM — 5TH & 6TH GRADE (4 TEAMS | 40 PLAYERS MAX)
*COMPETITIVE 4TH GRADERS MAY PLAY UP
7:30pm OR 8:30PM —- 7TH - 9th grade (4 TEAMS | 40 PLAYERS MAX)

5 minute stick warm-up
Continuous game play for 55 minutes
Each team will have enough subs for adequate breaks
Game play is instructional, so constant development through competition
Players will be placed on teams along with other players from same school or club. Some teams will have a mix of schools or clubs

EQUIPMENT GUIDE - helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, STICK, MOUTH GUARD, TENNIS SHOES OR CLEATS.

This is all about prepping for Spring, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play while indoors

Winter weather can affect road conditions during the November & December season, and therefore affect the play-ability of games. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If games end up being fully cancelled, league will notify players/ teams about potential make-ups/ refunds.
