4 - 12 minute running clock quarters to allow in-between time for coaches to instruct their team.
1 minutes between each quarter
5 minute warm-up - this is intended to run through dynamics, all games will start and end on the times listed above.
Teams meet in designated wait area prior to game

This is all about prepping for Spring, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play while indoors
SUMMER HEAT can affect the play-ability of games. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If games end up being fully cancelled, league will notify players/ teams about potential make-ups/ refunds.
