players will come away with a higher level of fundamental play and increased level of game play understanding
drills will be primarily focused on stick skills (passing, catching, shootout) dodging, and defensive play

EQUIPMENT GUIDE - GOGGLES, STICK, MOUTH GUARD, TENNIS SHOES OR CLEATS.

This is all about prepping for Spring, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play while indoors

Winter weather can affect road conditions during the November & December season, and therefore affect the play-ability of games. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If games end up being fully cancelled, league will notify players/ teams about potential make-ups/ refunds.
