for boys 1st - 12th grade

Four high-intensity sessions for Boys before the holidays—split between positional training and 5v5 game play.
Positional Training:
• Shooting sessions (accuracy + power)
• Endless reps for goalies
• Defensive footwork & checks
• Faceoff academy (technique + counters)
Game Play:
• 5v5, fast-paced, small-sided
• Non-stop movement, tons of touches
Wednesays (positional) Nov. 6, 12 Dec. 3, 10 — 5pm-6pm
Thursdays (game play) nov. 7, 13 Dec. 4, 11 —- 5pm-6pm
DATES
$80 —- 1 selection (positional or game play)
$150 — 2 selections (positional and game play)

players are grouped according to age and skill level for appropriate level instruction
players will come away with a high level of instruction and understanding of the game
Great opportunity for goalies to receive endless repetitions

This is all about prepping for Spring, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play

Winter weather can affect road conditions during the WINTER season, and therefore affect the ability TO RUN PROGRAMS. Weather updates will be posted via email/text messages. If SESSIONS end up being fully cancelled, WE will notify players/ teams about potential make-ups/ refunds.
